GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of products through the GODREVEL online store. Placing an order implies the express acceptance of these Terms, together with the pre-contractual information displayed during the checkout process (total price, taxes, shipping costs, payment methods, estimated delivery times and, where applicable, specific product conditions).

2. Purpose and scope of application

These Terms apply to all purchases made by consumers and users (and, where applicable, by professional customers if B2B sales are expressly enabled) through the online store. GODREVEL may update these Terms to adapt to legal, operational or commercial changes. The applicable version will be the one published at the time of purchase.

3. Requirements to purchase and website use

To place orders, the customer declares that they are of legal age and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. The customer undertakes to provide truthful and complete information for the correct processing of the order.

Use of the website must comply with the law and good faith. In particular, the customer shall refrain from:

• placing fraudulent orders or using false information;
• using the website for unlawful or harmful purposes;
• interfering or attempting to interfere with the technical operation of the site.

4. Products, information and availability

Products are described on the website with their essential characteristics, sizes (if applicable), composition, images and price. Images are for guidance only and may show slight variations due to lighting or screen settings.

Availability may vary. If, after an order is placed, any product is unavailable, GODREVEL will inform the customer as soon as possible and may: (i) offer an equivalent alternative, or (ii) cancel the order in whole or in part and refund the corresponding amounts.

5. Purchase process and formation of the contract

The purchase process is carried out electronically through the shopping cart. Before confirming the order, the customer may review the details of items, quantities, delivery address and final price.

The contract is deemed formed when:

• the customer confirms the order, and
• payment is successfully completed using the selected method.

After purchase, the customer will receive confirmation electronically. GODREVEL may issue an invoice or proof of purchase in accordance with applicable regulations. If the customer requires specific invoicing details, they must provide them during checkout.

6. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT included). GODREVEL reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, always respecting the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Promotions, coupons or discounts (if offered) will be subject to their specific conditions (validity, minimum spend, exclusions, non-cumulative use, etc.). Unless otherwise stated, coupons are not redeemable for cash and misuse may result in order cancellation.

7. Payment methods

Accepted payment methods are: Card, Bizum and Apple Pay.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. If the transaction is declined or cannot be confirmed, the order will not be completed. For security reasons, GODREVEL may request additional verification where there are reasonable indications of fraud or unauthorised use.

8. Shipping: areas, timeframes, costs and delivery

8.1. Shipping areas

We currently ship to:

• All of Europe.
• Rest of the world: upon request.

8.2. Estimated delivery times

Estimated timeframes (indicative):

• Mainland Spain: 48–72 hours.
• Other destinations: 7–14 days.

Timeframes may vary due to reasons beyond GODREVEL’s control (carrier operations, incidents, public holidays, peak demand, customs checks, weather or force majeure).

8.3. Shipping costs

Free shipping for purchases over 100 EUR (shipping cost: 0 EUR).

Standard costs:

• Mainland Spain: 3.70 EUR.
• Balearic Islands: 7.20 EUR.
• Canary Islands: 31 EUR.
• Portugal: 5 EUR.
• Germany, France, Italy, Czech Republic and Poland: 13 EUR.
• Great Britain: 18 EUR.
• Rest of Europe: 15 EUR.

8.4. Carrier, tracking and delivery

Shipments are handled by CTT, or a similar carrier if CTT is unable to provide the service.

When available, tracking information will be provided. The customer must ensure correct receipt at the stated address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer may bear the costs arising from re-shipment or returns to origin.

Unless otherwise required by law, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when the customer (or a third party designated by them) takes physical possession of the goods.

9. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges

Without prejudice to the legally applicable exceptions, GODREVEL establishes a returns policy under the conditions set out below.

9.1. Return period

The period to request a return is 20 calendar days from receipt of the order.

9.2. Return procedure

Returns are managed online. In general:

• the customer starts the return request through the channel indicated by GODREVEL;
• items are prepared for shipment back;
• the parcel is delivered to a drop-off point, following the instructions provided.

9.3. Conditions of returned items

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

• without signs of use or washing;
• free from stains and odours;
• with packaging in good condition (including the zip bag);
• with the original label attached.

If the item does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected or, where applicable, depreciation may be applied in accordance with the item’s condition.

9.4. Return costs

Return costs:

• First return free of charge within Mainland Spain.
• Subsequent returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective, with the following costs:
• Mainland (from the second): €4.50; Balearic Islands: €7.
• Canary Islands: €30.
• Portugal: €5.50.
• Rest of Europe: €16.

9.5. Non-refundable products

Returns are not accepted (except for defects or errors) for:

• underwear;
• socks;
• used swimwear;
• giveaway/raffle prizes;
• used or damaged products;
• products purchased from outlets.

9.6. Refunds

The refund will be issued immediately to the customer. If, after inspection of the returned product, the return is not accepted for the reasons stated in this document, the refunded amount may be claimed back from the customer. Refunds will be made, by default, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise (e.g., a coupon).

9.7. Returns due to defects or errors

In the event of a product defect or an error attributable to GODREVEL, the customer will be offered: (i) a coupon to spend on the website, or (ii) a refund, including shipping and handling costs where applicable.

9.8. International shipping, customs and duties

Returns are accepted for international shipments. Duties and associated costs (including, where applicable, customs fees) are borne by the customer.

9.9. Exchanges from the Canary Islands and similar territories

Exchanges from the Canary Islands or similar territories are accepted, with all shipping and return costs fully borne by the customer.

10. Legal warranty and conformity

Products sold to consumers are subject to the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable regulations. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or contract termination, as applicable and subject to legal requirements.

To manage a warranty claim, the customer must contact customer service, providing order details and, if possible, evidence of the defect (e.g., photographs).

11. Liability

GODREVEL shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (carrier, customs, force majeure, technical interruptions, etc.).

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, GODREVEL’s liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected product.

12. Intellectual and industrial property

The website content (texts, images, logos, designs, trademarks and other elements) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Reproduction, distribution or exploitation without authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

13. Data protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed to manage the contractual relationship (order, delivery, returns, customer service) and to comply with legal obligations. Detailed information about data processing should be available in the website’s Privacy Policy.

14. Customer service, complaints and dispute resolution

For enquiries and complaints: atencioncliente@godrevel.com. GODREVEL will endeavour to address and resolve incidents as soon as possible.

Where applicable, the customer may use alternative consumer dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable regulations.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Córdoba (Córdoba), Spain, unless mandatory consumer regulations establish a different mandatory forum.

16. Partial invalidity and amendments

If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms. GodRevel may amend these Terms when necessary by publishing the current version on the website.
